Lalitpur is the name of this city which 'means the city of beauty'. The city is known as the paradise of fine arts. Patan also boasts a Durbar Square full of temples. One remarkable monument here is a 17th century temple dedicated to the Hindu God Krishna – Krishna Mandir built entirely of stone with rare stone carvings on its walls depicting the epic wars from Ramayana and Mahabharata. Phewa Tal is the travelers’ focal point in Pokhara, and is the second largest lake in Nepal. In contrast to the gaudy tourist development of Lakeside, the steep southwestern shore is densely forested and alive with birdlife. The lush Rani Ban, or Queen’s Forest, bestows an emerald hue to the lake, and on a clear day, the Annapurna mountains are perfectly reflected on its mirror surface. You can take to the lake in one of the brightly painted doongas (boats) available for rent at Lakeside. Sunrise and sunset offers excellent views of the Fishtail Mountain.

This morning, you'll be picked up from your hotel or airport in Pokhara and transferred to Phedi where you will meet the rest of the team to rearrange the luggage before you start the trek. Drive duration will be approximately 45 minutes.

Upon arrival in Phedi, the starting point of your trek, begin your scenic ascent along terraced hillsides toward the village of Dhampus. Once there, enjoy lunch at your lodge, where sweeping views of the majestic Annapurna Range unfold before you. After Lunch, explore the traditional village of Dhampus on an optional walk for an authentic glimpse into local life. Later, continue your journey with a guided hike toward Australian Camp. The well-marked trail is gentle and accessible, winding through lush forests, charming villages, and open hillsides. Along the way, take in breathtaking views of the surrounding Himalayan peaks—a perfect introduction to the natural beauty of the Annapurna region.

After breakfast, continue your trek along a well-defined trail through serene forests. In about an hour, arrive at Pothana (1,970m), a charming Gurung village known for its excellent mountain views. From here, the trail ascends through rhododendron and oak forests, leading you to Deorali (2,100m)—the highest point of this trek, where sweeping panoramas of the Annapurna range await. From Deorali, begin a gradual descent through lush green forests toward Tolka, a tranquil village nestled among terraced fields. Continue for about an hour to reach Landruk (1,565m), a picturesque Gurung village. Take time to explore the village, engage with the locals, and soak in the scenic beauty of the surrounding landscape.

After an early breakfast, set out along the ridge, descending through forested hillsides and terraced farmland toward the Modi Khola suspension bridge. Continue to Sinuwa (1,350m), where you'll meet your vehicle for the scenic drive back to Pokhara.
