Banderas Bay is one of the 28 most beautiful bays of the world, framed by the majestic mountains of the Sierra Madre consisting of 40 miles of coastline with turquoise and emerald waters. Puerto Vallarta is a destination rich in culture and traditions and keeping all the spirit and charm of a small Mexican town and is home of many cultural festivals, sport tournaments, music, theater, cinema, gastronomic events, traditional indigenous culture, pilgrimages full of color and tradition, golf championships and sailing regattas. Puerto Vallarta There is a breakfast service in your villa each day apart from on Sunday. Take your time to explore! Take a stroll to the local market or perhaps the beach. Day 3
Puerto Vallarta Venture away from civilization into an off-road adventure that you will remember for a lifetime. Travel in open-air jeeps to the heart of the Sierra Madre. Get an insight into some of the most beautiful, remote and unspoiled scenery. Journey through the riverbeds and unpaved roads, and witness a variety of natural wonders, from quiet rainforests and unspoiled wilderness to charming and authentic Mexican villages. On the way you will also visit a sombrero factory. The guides are familiar with the local culture and environment. Enjoy a day at leisure at the solar heated pool or stroll along the sea side. Day 4
Puerto Vallarta Take your time to explore! Take a stroll to the local market or perhaps the beach. Perhaps some time beside your private pool with a good book. In the afternoon, enjoy some time on your own to relax. Get active today as you embark on a horseback riding adventure! You will be driven by deluxe coach along the route of tropical fruit plantations observing the sights of farms of the region until you reach the ranch. At the ranch horses will be assigned according to riding skills, however no previous riding experience is required. This is a unique ecological trail ride that takes you into the countryside. You will travel from the quaint little village Las Palmas to the waterfalls in the mountains. Once you reach the waterfalls you will have time for hiking or swimming befreo returning to base. Day 5
Puerto Vallarta Enjoy time at leisure to explore at your own pace, or relax at your hotel. Drive northeast of Puerto Vallarta to the town of El Pitillal. This truly local village is where most of the workers in the area live. Passing the beautiful church and Main Square, you will stop at a small replica non-working tequila factory, where you can taste test various tequilas. Watch a Huichol Indian in full costume make the fine beaded works of art for which they are known. Pass through the downtown area, through Old Vallarta, up the highway to Conchas Chinas - the Beverly Hills of Vallarta. View Mismaloya Beach, where the movie Night of the Iguana was filmed. Day 6
Puerto Vallarta See the highlights of Puerto Vallarta in the company of a private guide and chauffeur driven vehicle. On your tour of this colonial city you'll visit the Municipal main square, the “Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe” Church with its beautiful tower, Art Galleries, Restaurants and the handicraft market with traditional clothing, pottery, onyx, silver, etc. Why not practice your bargaining techniques with the merchants?!- this is time the perfect time to shop and get your souvenirs to take back home. Trip Terms & Conditions
- Your deposit is due immediately on booking (30% of program price, minimum $250). The balance is due 90 days prior to departure. We accept payment via credit card, certified check, wire transfer or money order.
- Tour quotes do not include airfare to/from the trip start point unless noted on the itinerary
- Cost increases in currency exchange, government fees, taxes, surcharges or hotel/lodge tariff increases between quote date and start date are payable by the client.
- Availability cannot be guaranteed until booked. We will exercise best efforts to book hotels per the itinerary, however, in busy seasons and with client bookings made within 90 days of tour date we may be forced to offer substitutes.
- Cancellations of confirmed bookings 90 days or more prior to departure will receive full refund minus a $350 (per person) administrative fee and any non-refundable paid fees (e.g. non-refundable airfare, cruise or hotel deposits). 60-89 days will be subject to loss of deposit. 30-59 days will be subject to loss of 50% of program price. 29 days or less will be subject to 100% of program price.
